From October 13, to November 12, 2022, Clásicos Mexicanos, in collaboration with CO,MA Art Services, will be a part of Design House México 2022, with Istawan, a space where you’ll find the three latest additions to our catalogue.
ARMANDO FRANCO BOOK PRESENTATION
In July 2022, Clásicos Mexicanos presented the book Armando Franco: Colección COFRAN 1955 – 2022, accompanied by an exhibit featuring the pieces included in this collection, in close collaboration with the renowned architect’s closest family.
“A Handmade Modernism: Artisanal Design in Mexico, 1952 – 2022”
The exhibit “A Handmade Modernism: Artisanal Design in Mexico, 1952 – 2022,” taking place at the Museo Universitario de Arte Contemporáneo, includes iconic pieces from some of the designers featured in Clásicos Mexicanos’ catalogue. The exhibition will be open until November 2022.
Clásicos Mexicanos for Tequila Dobel’s: Art Apothecary
Clásicos Mexicanos in collaboration with Legorreta Arquitectos developed this series of pieces derived from the Vallarta Line for Tequila Dobel’s Art Apothecary. The bar and lounge was first installed at Frieze New York in May of 2022.
